Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can a glazier reach me in Bromley?
For genuine emergencies, we aim to have someone at your BR1 address within the hour, whether the call comes in during business hours, late at night, or on a bank holiday weekend.
Do you handle conservatory panels and patio doors, not just standard windows?
Yes, both are common Bromley jobs. We measure on the day, board up the property if needed, order the exact panel or unit, and return to fit it once it arrives.
Will the work meet UK building regulations and my insurer's requirements?
Yes, all glazing is fitted to current UK building regulations as a minimum, and we can supply the documentation your insurer needs, including photographs, itemised invoices, and job reports.
Can window repair in Bromley be carried out on older properties in Bickley or Shortlands?
Yes. We source leaded, Georgian-wired, patterned, and obscure glass to match originals in period homes. Typical lead time is only a few days, and the existing frame stays in place.
