Glazing Help in Croydon, Whenever You Need It
Whether it’s a shattered office window on a mid-week morning or a snapped lock at the weekend, both situations need a glazier in Croydon who picks up the phone and turns up quickly.
Wallington Glass has been answering those calls across Croydon since 1990. Over 2,500 jobs in the books later, our routine is sharp, with each van arriving with the glass, tools, and boarding to finish most work on the first visit.
Every job is handled by our own glaziers, with no farmed-out subcontractors, scheduling shuffles, or mysterious ‘extras’ added once the work is done.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of response time should I expect across Croydon?
In a genuine emergency, we aim to have a glazier with you inside the hour, whether the call comes through during business hours or in the middle of the night.
Do you cover the larger commercial premises around Croydon town centre?
Yes. Plenty of our local work is for retailers, offices, and property managers in and around the town centre, Whitgift, and Centrale. Commercial damage gets priority because each closed hour is lost revenue.
Is the price you quote over the phone final?
The figure agreed before we set off is the figure on the invoice, with no late-night surcharges, no weekend premiums, and no extras at the end.
Can you handle period glass on older South Croydon and Purley properties?
Yes, we source leaded, Georgian-wired, patterned, and obscure glass to match what is already on the property. Typical lead time is only a few days.
Do I need a full window replacement for misted double glazing?
No, we replace only the failed sealed unit and leave the frame, hinges, and locks in place. Cheaper, quicker, and far less messy than a full refit.
